Is paprika useful for creating a more earthy flavour to my chickpea icecream?

I would say yes - but a little goes a long way in my experience. And full disclosure, I've only tested this in Banana Icecream, where I've used smoked paprika.

Luckily I have many chickpeas, and will test this out tonight for dessert! (you'll love it with banana icecream!)
